His experience spans recruiting, mobilisation, and supporting workforce performance in environments where reliability, safety, and timing matter. It means he understands the pressures project teams face and what it takes to get the right people on site, fast.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"926\" data-end=\"1317\">Our move further into contracting is a natural progression for Magnetic. We already support organisations shaping the future of New Zealand\u2019s infrastructure &#8211; and contractors are the backbone of that delivery. By strengthening our focus in this space, we can help our clients scale their operations, lift productivity, and deliver safe, high-quality outcomes across their programmes of work.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1319\" data-end=\"1630\">Jonathon is driven, well-connected, and passionate about supporting great contractors to do their best work.
