Nicole brings an energetic and people-focused approach to recruitment, with experience across both candidate engagement and client management. Since beginning her career in the industry in 2024, she has quickly built strong relationships with clients and candidates alike, driven by a genuine passion for connecting people with the right opportunities and helping businesses secure the talent they need to grow.
Starting her career as a Recruiter, Nicole soon transitioned into a more client-focused role, partnering closely with businesses to understand their workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. After spending her first year within the wider business, she returned to Auckland and has now joined Magnetic as a Client Solutions Manager. Specialising in professional services recruitment, with a primary focus on temporary and contract recruitment support. Building trusted, long-term partnerships and delivering a positive, high-quality experience for both clients and candidates.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland, majoring in Marketing and Management with a minor in International Business. Her studies provided a strong foundation in communication, business strategy, and relationship management, which she brings into her work every day.
